Hydro 2011 is the next in the series of signature International Hydrographic Conferences organised on behalf of the International Federation of Hydrographic Societies (IFHS).
It will be held at the Esplanade Hotel in Perth – Fremantle, Western Australia, from 7–10 November 2011.

Welcome Invitation
On behalf of the organising committee, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all international, interstate and local delegates considering attending Hydro2011 Down Under in sunny November.
The organising committee is working hard to ensure that delegates are provided with a diverse range of plenary and specialist stream sessions including the areas of charting, new technologies, project reviews, on-water demonstrations and history to name a few. We look forward to presenting you with the opportunity to maximise your exposure and attendance at the many sessions on offer together with a large trade exhibition. In addition to participating in the Hydro2011 conference, we trust you will enjoy the abundance of recreational and tour activities available through the main trading port of Western Australia and tourist precinct right here in Fremantle.
I encourage all delegates to make the most of their time at Hydro2011 Down Under and utilise the international gathering to network with others within industry both formally and socially to increase knowledge, friendships and skills across this large and most vital international hydrographic community.
